Information and Pool Rules
The pool is open daily from dawn to dusk. The pool season typically runs from around Memorial Day weekend to around Labor Day, weather dependent. Residents should check their email for pool season opening/closing notices or maintenance closure notices before using the pool.
The following rules are set in place to ensure a pleasant, fun, and safe pool environment and for the enjoyment of all Hawk Ridge residents and their guests. Please be friendly, neighborly, and use common sense.
Hawk Ridge Pool Rules and Safety Guidelines
Pool HoursThe pool is open daily from dawn until dusk, typically from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, dependent on weather conditions. Residents are encouraged to check their email for announcements regarding pool season openings, closures, or maintenance updates before visiting.
Access Restrictions The Hawk Ridge pool is exclusive to residents. All non-Hawk Ridge residents must be accompanied by a Hawk Ridge resident at all times. To ensure everyone can enjoy the pool, guests may visit no more than once per week. During peak periods, residents are kindly asked to limit their guests to two individuals and be respectful of Hawk Ridge residents. The pool access door should not be propped open.
ParkingParking is limited to the few spaces in front of the pool and across the street. Please do not park in or block residents’ driveways. The road in front of the pool is private and on street parking is not allowed. If there is no parking available, walk from your townhouse or park on the city street.
Supervision Requirements Children aged 15 and under must always be supervised by a responsible adult resident. To ensure safety, adults supervising children are prohibited from consuming alcohol.
Health and Hygiene For the health of all pool users, individuals with infectious diseases or open wounds are not permitted in the pool area.
Food and Beverage Policy Limited food and drinks are allowed within the pool. All items must be unbreakable and properly disposed of to maintain cleanliness—no glass or breakable containers are permitted.
Prohibited Activities - Smoking or vaping is not allowed within the pool enclosure or within 50 feet of the pool fencing.- Intoxicated or disruptive individuals will be asked to leave the area.- Pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure, with the exception of certified guide or assistance animals (not permitted in the water).
Safety Precautions- Running or jumping from the pool deck is strictly prohibited.- Use of pool toys is permitted as long as it does not disturb other guests. Consideration for other guests needs to be taken when playing catch with balls.- Approved swim diapers must be worn by children in diapers; traditional diapers are not allowed in the pool.
Facility ManagementResidents and guests moving furniture are asked to return it to its original location upon leaving. Additionally, if you set up an umbrella, please ensure it is closed before your departure, as it is not the responsibility of others to do so.
Sound Equipment The use of radios or other sound devices is allowed, provided the volume remains reasonable and does not disturb other pool users or nearby residents.
Restroom Facilities The bathroom key must be returned to the designated hook after use to ensure continued access for all. The door should not be propped open.
