Community Room
Information and Community Room Rules
The community room is comprised of a general congregation area, an exercise room, and two bathrooms.
Access to the community room is by way of a key card. Each member will be given one key card. Replacement of a lost card can be issued at a cost of $25. The key card is also used to enter the pool area through the gated access.
The congregation area has a kitchenette, couches, tv, dining table, and fireplace. There is also direct access to the pool from this room. Internet is provided within the entire community room building.
Members are able to reserve the community room for events. However, members may only make one reservation at a time, unless Board approved. To make a reservation please fill out the form below. Access to the congregation area requires a code that you will receive upon making your reservation.
The exercise room contains several pieces of equipment, including a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, and select free weights.
The following rules are set in place to ensure a pleasant, fun, and safe environment for the enjoyment of all Hawk Ridge residents and their guests. Please be friendly, neighborly, and use common sense.
- When using any area of the community room, members must clean up the area prior to leaving. Please do not leave supplies or items in refrigerator. Equipment must be wiped down after usage.
- If you adjust either thermostat, please return it to the temperature it was set to when you arrived.
- The pool area cannot be reserved with the community room.
- The Hawk Ridge pool is not open to the public. Admission is limited to residents and their guests. Guests must always be accompanied by a resident. Guest priority is
